Please use the form above to request a reduction in a letter of credit from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. Please fill out the form and FAX or email it to the Indiana Board for Depositories at tday@tos.in.gov or (317) 232-6650.
For those institutions required to provide 100% collateral
Pledge Agreement -- Please provide 2 copies with original signatures
Custody and Control Agreement -- Please provide 3 copies with original signatures
Authorized Signatures for Collateral Management -- Please provide 3 copies with original signatures
