Reduction Notice

Please use the form above to request a reduction in a letter of credit from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis.  Please fill out the form and FAX or email it to the Indiana Board for Depositories at tday@tos.in.gov or (317) 232-6650.  

For those institutions required to provide 100% collateral

Pledge Agreement -- Please provide 2 copies with orginal signaures

Custody and Control Agreement -- Please provide 3 copies with orginal signaures

Authorized Signatures for Collateral Management -- Please provide 3 copies with orginal signaures

Documents for providing, substituting, and withdrawing collateral (Coming Soon)

For those institutions required to provide 50% collateral

Pledge Agreement -- Please provide 2 copies with orginal signaures

Custody and Control Agreement -- Please provide 2 copies with orginal signaures only if you are not using a letter of credit from a Federal Home Loan Bank
