Have you completed your required manager training program? This program consists of 12 required courses that need to be completed by July 1, 2014. If you are interested in registering for this program and are a current manager/supervisor please email SPDTRAINING@spd.in.gov for more information.
If you are interested in additional training just for managers and supervisors you can check out the Enhanced Supervisor Training Program. This curriculum based program consists of twenty (20) courses of which five (5) courses are optional. The program needs to be completed by July 1, 2014. After all of the required components have been completed the manager/supervisor can print a certificate of completion at the end of training for their personal record.
You can complete this as a program or select a course ala carte.
