The Prosecution Assistance Unit (PAU) is an arm of the securities division which assists law enforcement agencies in the prosecution of white collar criminals. The unit is made up of two attorneys and two investigators who devote all of their time to enforcing securities and financial fraud laws in the state of Indiana. The PAU reports directly to the securities commissioner as well as the senior investigator and works diligently to bring those who attempt to defraud Hoosiers out of their money to justice.
