Articles of Incorporation -with issuance of capital stock not in excess of $5,000 par value $5
Articles of Incorporation - with issuance of capital stock in excess of $5,000 par value $0.01 (one cent) for each $100 of additional par value
Certificate of Increase of capital stock - increase not more than $5,000 of par value $5
Certificate of Increase of capital stock - increase more than $5,000 of par value $0.01 (one cent) for each $100 of additional par value
