There are many decisions to make and tasks ahead in starting a business. While not intended to take the place of legal counsel this collection of information has been developed to enable our customers to understand certain terminology, requirements and to aid in the continuing existence of their business in the State of Indiana.

We’ve developed these twelve (12) Chapters of information to offer guidance to assist you in starting a business. Please be sure to review each Chapter as you may identify other decisions or tasks that need your attention.
