Section 8 -- Local Filing Offices:

800 Local filing offices. Local filing offices are found the in the Office of the Recorder in each county in the state.

801 The following rules may not apply to local filing offices.

In addition, local filing offices may not have the electronic filing and/or transmission features available. The portions of rules contained herein relating to electronic functions are intended to apply only to the Secretary of State's Office.
