Secretary of State Charlie White wishes to award the Honorary SOS award to Hoosiers who illustrate an active dedication to the improvement of the state of Indiana, their community and the lives of other Hoosiers.

Candidates who receive the award go above and beyond their normal duties to serve the state of Indiana and their community.

Honorary SOS is presented at the discretion of the Indiana secretary of state in recognition of exceptionally outstanding leadership. The award is a certificate personally authorized by the secretary and there is no age limit.

If you would like to nominate someone for this award, send an email stating support for the nomination and a subject line of Honorary SOS nomination.
