"I was impressed with Gov. Daniel's remarks tonight," said Rep. Truitt. "Job creation and the economic environment in the state of Indiana continue to be the top priority. We need to ensure that we're focusing not only on new bringing in new business, but also retaining those that we already have. While other states around us are going to exit these tough times with an incredible amount of debt, we are in a far better position than our neighbors. While it's difficult to make hard decisions, Governor Daniels is doing what's necessary as a leader to put Indiana in a position that will provide new opportunities to attract and retain Hoosier jobs."
