Effective December 1, 2009, the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency will no longer print and mail license cards to anyone as a courtesy upon licensure, certification, renewal or reinstatement. You may visit our License Express page to order a pocket card or wall certificate, or to verify the status of your license, at any time.
