APPLICANTS WHO ATTENDED AN INDIANA SCHOOL AND HAVE APPLIED BY EXAM

COSMETOLOGIST - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology school.

MANICURIST - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology school.

ESTHETICIAN - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology school.

ELECTROLOGIST - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology school.

BARBER - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 6th exam.  Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from barber school.

INSTRUCTOR - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology/barber school.

RECIPROCITY INSTRUCTOR  - 100 hours of education due before sitting for the 3rd exam and 8th exam attempt. Must pass exam within three (3) years from date of graduation from cosmetology school.
