Sec. 6. The board shall charge and collect the following fees:
Application for licensure

Affiliated professional's license

Application for certification as an ADS

Renewal fee for acupuncturist (does not apply for professional's license)
$100 per biennium
Renewal fee for professional's license (as an additional fee to be paid upon renewal of the primary license)
$100
Renewal fee for acupuncture detoxification specialist
$20 per biennium
Penalty fee for failure to renew
$150
