The OUCC, Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL), and the City of Indianapolis have reached a settlement agreement in the BlueIndy electric vehicle case. For a summary, please see the OUCC's August 21, 2014 news release. The agreement is pending with the IURC, which may either accept, modify, or reject it.

The OUCC filed testimony in support of the agreement on August 26, 2014, as did IPL and the City.  

Testimony from the Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana is due September 17. An evidentiary hearing on the agreement is scheduled for October 3, 2014.

The OUCC issued news releases on May 27 and August 4 to invite consumer comments. An IURC public field hearing was held on Wednesday, August 13 at Crispus Attucks Medical Magnet High School
