Pioneer Water, LLC is seeking a rate increase in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44309-U. The utility provides service in Allen County.
Pioneer Water, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), and the Town of Leo-Cedarville have reached a settlement agreement (38 pages) in this case. The agreement includes a proposed order for the IURC's consideration and would raise the monthly residential water rate for 5,000 gallons from $35.00 to $40.85.
