Pioneer Water, LLC is seeking a rate increase in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44309-U. The utility, which provides service in Allen County, filed its case-in-chief (81 pages) on February 22, 2013.

After requesting an extension, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is currently scheduled to file its recommendations on July 25, 2013.

Written consumer comments are invited with more information available from the OUCC's April 18 news release.

In addition, an IURC public field hearing will be held on July 11, 2013 at the Cedarville Park Pavilion (9825 St. Joseph St.) in Leo-Cedarville. The hearing will start at 6:00 p.m. with an OUCC informational meeting at 5:30 p.m.
