Northern Indiana Public Service Company's (NIPSCO's) natural gas Choice program was extended in a March 15, 2012 order by the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC).

The Commission's order approved a settlement agreement among NIPSCO, the Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), and the NIPSCO Choice Marketer Group. For a copy of the 38-page order, including the agreement, please click here.
