An Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) order in Cause No. 43936 was issued on July 13, 2011. To review the 69-page order, please click here.

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC), the City of Indianapolis, Citizens Energy Group and additional parties reached a settlement agreement on April 12, 2011. The 21-page agreement is summarized in the settling parties' news release.

The OUCC previously filed testimony on January 14, 2011. For a summary, please see the agency's news release. The OUCC invited written consumer comments in a December 22, 2010 news release. An IURC public field hearing in this case was held on January 5, 2011.
