Anderson Municipal Light & Power (AML&P) is seeking financing authority and changes to its rates and charges in Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (IURC) Cause No. 44308.

The utility's key filings include:

  • Petition - 6 pages (filed 2-1-13)
  • Testimony: Donoho - 32 pages (filed 3-15-13)
  • Testimony: Matthews - 44 pages (filed 3-15-13)
  • Testimony: Skomp - 45 pages (filed 3-15-13)

The Indiana Office of Utility Consumer Counselor (OUCC) is reviewing the request and is scheduled to file testimony on June 28, 2013.

Written consumer comments are invited. Comments should be submitted by June 21 and should include the consumer's name, mailing address, and a reference to Cause No. 44308.
