Regulation regarding utility level wind power has been done in Indiana at the county level (or lower).  Some communities have yet to devise any regulation regarding wind development.  Below are copies of wind power related ordinances for a number of Indiana communities.  They are provided here for informational purposes only, and it is highly recommended that you check with any particular County Commission to determine the exact state of wind regulation in that county.
