    Your Committee on       Commerce and Economic Development     , to which was referred       House Bill 1339     , has had the same under consideration and begs leave to report the same back to the House with the recommendation that said bill be amended as follows:

    Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert the following:

governments as addressed in House Bill 1339 as introduced during the second regular session of the 113th General Assembly.
