A RESOLUTION to express the Indiana House of Representative's appreciation to Jan Lackey and the Indiana Soft Drink Association, Inc.

Whereas, Enacting legislation in our democracy can be an arduous process. The long hours spent in the House Chamber can test the most pleasant personalities and sap the endurance of all;

Whereas, To refresh the Representatives and their staff during the long hours in the House Chamber, Jan Lackey and the Indiana Soft Drink Association, Inc. have graciously supplied soft drinks; and

Whereas, The soft drinks supplied to the House of Representatives by Jan Lackey and the Indiana Soft Drink Association, Inc. have helped the Representatives to maintain a positive mental attitude during their many deliberations: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives of the

General Assembly of the State of Indiana:

SECTION 1. The members of the Indiana House of Representatives express our sincere appreciation to Jan Lackey and the Indiana Soft Drink Association, Inc. for their generosity.
SECTION 2. That the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit copies of this resolution to Jan Lackey and the Indiana Soft Drink Association, Inc.
