MR. SPEAKER:
I move that House Bill 1154 be recommitted to a Committee of One, its author, with specific instructions to
amend as follows:

Page 1, line 2, delete "who:" and insert "who
knowingly:".
Page 1, line 13, delete "shall" and insert "
may".
Page 1, line 14, after "year." insert "
However, if the person has a
prior unrelated conviction under this section, the court shall
recommend the suspension of the person's driving privileges for
one (1) year.".
