HOUSE CONCURRENT
RESOLUTION


    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION recognizing the Monroe Central High School Swing Choir from Parker City, Indiana.

    Whereas, Swing choirs furnish challenging, enjoyable, and creative musical experiences that will enrich the lives of the choir members and the audiences;

    Whereas, The Monroe Central High School Swing Choir has provided many hours of enjoyment to the members of the Indiana House of Representatives and Senate while performing for the General Assembly; and

    Whereas, The performance by the Monroe Central High School Swing Choir provides a relaxing interlude in the hectic schedules of our Senators and Representatives: Therefore,

Be it resolved by the House of Representatives

of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana,

the Senate concurring:


    SECTION 1. That the Indiana General Assembly wishes to express its gratitude for the musical pleasure the Monroe Central High School has given to its members.
    SECTION 2. That the Principal Clerk of the House of Representatives shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Monroe Central High School Swing Choir and its director.
