Indiana Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush will address the Governor and a joint session of the Indiana General Assembly for the annual State of the Judiciary. The formal update on the work of the judicial branch will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. EST in the chamber of the Indiana House of Representatives.

Supreme Court budget presentation

Indiana Supreme Court Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush will make the budget presentation for the judicial branch for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years on Monday, December 3 at 4:00 p.m. to the Budget Committee in room 404 of the State House.

Funding for court operations such as technology, specialized courts, court interpreter programs, civil legal aid, and other initiatives make up less than 1% of the state budget.
