Supreme Court presentation to Senate Appropriations Committee

Indiana Chief Justice Loretta H. Rush made the budget presentation for the judicial branch for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years on Tuesday, March 12 at 2:30 p.m. to the Senate Appropriations Committee in room 431 of the State House.

Funding for court operations such as technology, specialized courts, court interpreter programs, civil legal aid, and other initiatives make up less than 1% of the state budget.
