The Marion Superior Court terminated the parental rights of a mother to one
of her children. A divided Court of Appeals affirmed, rejecting the mother’s
argument that the trial court erred in disregarding evidence of changed conditions.
See In re D.D., 804 N.E.2d 258 (Ind. Ct. App. 2004). The
mother has petitioned the Supreme Court to assume jurisdiction over this appeal.
