Dell Premier Computer Pricing for Business Computers
Overview
The Judicial Technology and Automation Committee (JTAC) has developed a partnership with Dell Computer Corporation. This exciting partnership will allow the Indiana Supreme Court and its agencies—as well as Indiana Counties—to procure Dell computers for their internal business operations.
Dell has configured a comprehensive computing package that includes the Dell OptiPlex GX270 desktop computer as well as the Latitude D600 notebook. In addition, Dell is now offering the Dell Personal Laser Printer P1500 and the Dell Workgroup Laser Printer S2500 under this program. These Dell computers and printers offer cutting-edge technology and options that allow flexibility in meeting your specific business needs.

The computers available through this program are not configurable to include Microsoft Office products, which means that if you purchase computers through this program for your office, you will need to secure software and licensing for Microsoft Office products through another means. |
In order for your designated procurement agents to be able to take advantage of this Dell program, you will need to contact JTAC directly. First, the appropriate procurement agent should call or send an email to the following contact:

Ms. Russell will need your name and email address so that she can send you an email inviting you to join the Dell Premier website. The email invitation you will receive from Ms. Russell will include instructions on how to setup your Dell Premier account. The primary purposes of the email are:
- To establish a Dell profile so that you are registered with the Dell Premier Website.
- To enter in the access code and key that will give you access into the Dell Premier Website for the first time. The next time you go to the Dell Premier website, you will only be prompted to enter in your password.
Once you have setup your Dell Premier account, you can follow the steps below to access your profile and account in the future:
- Navigate to the Dell Website: www.dell.com
- You will want to click on the State and Local Government link on the right-hand side of the main Dell webpage.
- You will now be on the State and Local Government main webpage. You should see on the left-hand side of the page a section that says Premier Login. Click on the link that says Premier Logon.
- The logon webpage should now appear. You now will be prompted to enter in your personal password that you created when you were setting up your personal profile.
- You should see the text, "Please wait while your request is being processed". This could take minute or two depending upon your connection to the Internet.
- You should now be logged into the Dell Premier Website. You should see the text, "Welcome to Premier!".
- You will see the Purchasing Tools link on the left-hand side of the webpage. Click on this link to expand additional links under Purchasing Tools. You should now see a link that reads "Go to your Dell online store". Click on it.
- You should now see a page that contains two links that read "Your Standard Products" and "Your Configurations and Prices". Click on either one of those links.
- A new window will have opened up which shows your Dell Desktop and Notebook configurations. Click on any of the Dell model links beneath Desktop or Notebook.
- You should now see the configuration page for the appropriate desktop or laptop you have chosen.
- You will now be able to configure your computer specifications and update the price of your computer. You will then be directed through the checkout and ordering process.
- After you complete your order, you will be able to track your Dell order online.
