Programs presented as a part of the Indiana Supreme Court's Legal History Lecture Series are webcast LIVE free of charge online. If you are not from the Indianapolis area, but are still interested in obtaining CLE credit for watching the webcasts of Legal History Lecture Series programs, you can obtain credit by following these steps:

  1. Contact the Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education for application materials.*
    *This must be done at least 30 days prior to the webcast.
  2. Organize a group and location to watch the webcast of the Indiana Supreme Court Legal History Series program.
  3. Find a person to be responsible for taking attendance.
  4. Make copies of handouts from the Court's webpage for the event.
  5. Arrange for a discussion leader immediately following the webcast.
  6. Mail attendance sheet back to Indiana Commission for Continuing Legal Education.
