Indiana Government, By the People is a series of Purdue University 4-H publications designed to create a new generation of informed and involved voters with activities and worksheets for upper elementary and middle school students.

Publications in the series deal with the General Assembly (4-H-896); the local school board and the county library board (4-H-912); the state's trial court system (4-H-971); and Indiana appellate courts (4-H-972). This manual is available for free download.
