The Indiana Judicial Center commenced the court employee training program in the spring of 2008.  During the fiscal year 2009-10, programs were offered to over 1000 judicial branch personnel, including trial court staff, Supreme Court agency employees, elected Clerks and clerk staff.   Four types of delivery were employed to provide training, including: state-wide conferences, district/county-wide seminars, in-house programs and internet webinar.  Efforts are under way to develop more web-based programs which will provide Indiana trial court employees with greater access to educational materials.
