First Time Applicants and Re-Exam Applicants:

The following deadlines apply for the filing of bar exam applications and applications for testing accommodations for the July 2013 bar exam:

Deadlines for First Time Applicants (Postmark Dates)

Regular Filing Deadline: April 1, 2013 Filing Fee: $250
Late Filing Deadline: April 15, 2013 Filing Fee: $500

Deadlines for Re-Exam Time Applicants (Postmark Dates)

Regular Filing Deadline: May 30, 2013 Filing Fee: $250
Late Filing Deadline: June 15, 2013 Filing Fee: $500

Please read carefully all instructions before filling out and submitting application forms.

All questions on the application must be answered. Do not use N/A. If the answer is no or none, so state. Reference letters must be attached to the application. Photo ID must be submitted with the application. The application must be notarized. No personal checks or firm checks are accepted. Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be returned. Late filing fees and deadlines apply to any incomplete application that is re-submitted after the regular filing deadline. No applications will be accepted after the late filing deadline.
