Purpose

The Domestic Relations Committee is working on revisions to Indiana's Parenting Time Guidelines. They previously completed a Domestic Relations Benchbook and recommended amendments to the Indiana Child Support Guidelines. They also established recommended standards for countywide domestic relations ADR plans.
