The mycase.in.gov website is updated with an improved design and new features, including:

  • Access to appellate court orders - Appellate court orders and opinions are available as PDF documents within the chronological case summary.
  • Fewer clicks for basic search - Users can conduct a basic search without choosing case type or location, but these options are available as advanced search features.
  • Mobile-friendly - The new site uses a design that changes to fit a variety of screen sizes, from desktops to tablets to smart phones.
  • Less intrusive captcha - The "captcha" is a tool that helps keep websites from being overloaded by unwanted traffic (such as data mining). The site will have a more user-friendly version of this tool that won't be required by every user on every search.

Mycase.in.gov is the Indiana Supreme Court's website for searching all non-confidential cases in the Odyssey case management system, which holds greater than half the state's caseload.

Appellate motions and briefs will be added to mycase.in.gov in the coming months. State and federal guidelines restrict access to information that may be contained in some documents, therefore the Court is evaluating whether additional documents can be made available online.

Both trial court and appellate cases are available on the Odyssey Docket at https://mycase.in.gov.

Appellate cases are also available on the Appellate Docket at https://public.courts.in.gov/docket.
