Comments to the proposed caseload allocation plan will close July 14, 2014, and Supreme Court approval is required. Comments to other local rules will close June 30, 2014, and Supreme Court approval is not required. Comments may be made by following the instructions outlined in the document. The effective date for the amended Bond Schedule at Appendix A-1 to the local criminal rules, 300 Series will be effective on July 1, 2014. The effective date for all of the other amended local rules will be January 1, 2015.
