This county has proposed changes to their local rules concerning county caseload plan and assigned counsel fees following guidelines established by the Indiana Supreme Court. Comments to the proposed local rules begin August 2, 2013 and end on August 31, 2013. Comments may be made by following the instructions outlined in the document. Supreme Court approval is required for the amended caseload plan. If approved, the effective date will be September 1, 2013. The amended assigned counsel fees local rule does not require Supreme Court approval. This portion of the proposed local rule will be effective January 1, 2014.
