Following is a list of popular online services and interactive features offered by the Indiana Courts website. Each service includes a description as well as icons to let you know who might use each service. See the legend at right for details.
The Clerk of the Indiana Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and Tax Court offers valuable online services to registered users. For attorneys, judges, mediators, and their delegates, online services include: (1) payment of fees; (2) update of contact information and IOLTA data; and (3) designation of surrogate attorney(s).
Protection Order Search
Search for protection orders by case number or name and date of birth, including active, expired, and dismissed orders.
Appellate Case Search
Access an electronic case search for appellate docket entries. Search by case number, trial court case number, and litigant or attorney names.
Access opinions handed down by the Indiana Supreme Court, the Indiana Court of Appeals, and the Indiana Tax Court. Today's opinions, archived opinions (dating back to 1999), and an opinions search are available.
Supreme Court Orders
Access Indiana Supreme Court orders concerning attorney disciplinary cases, special and senior judge appointments, local rules, rule amendments, and more.
Attorney Records Online
This service allows attorneys to view their continuing legal education records online. Login is required; your PIN number appears on the CLE statement mailed to you annually by the Commission for Continuing Legal Education.
CLE Course Search
Continuing Legal Education: Search for Indiana-approved continuing legal education courses across the country, including courses approved for newly admitted attorneys as well as courses that offer applied professionalism credit.
CME Course Search
Continuing Mediation Education: Search for Indiana-approved Civil Mediation, Domestic Relations Mediation, and Continuing Mediation courses across the country.
Apply for a Marriage License Online
Complete a pre-application online to save time at the Clerk's Office. Available in a limited number of counties at this time.
Self-Service Legal Center
Access information about representing yourself in court and alternative dispute resolution (mediation), as well as court forms packages, frequently asked questions, and links for more information.
Child Support Calculators
Three tools for calculating child support obligations online, saving your work, and printing forms for use in court. One calculator is designed specifically for members of the public, while the other two are designed for attorneys and judicial officers who commonly calculate obligations.
