Within the museum a series of vignettes reflects the war experiences of residents from all regions of Indiana. Visitors have a sense of traveling through time, learning details of the war era through the eyes and ears of individuals – from loved ones at home to the soldiers on the battlefield to Oliver P. Morton, Indiana’s war-time governor.
