Scope of Rule

Both the IURC and the federal government require gas operators to file annual reports per 49 C.F.R. § 191.17. The federal government extended the due date for 2013 from March 1 to June 15. This rulemaking (RM# 13-01, LSA# 13-87) amends the Indiana Administrative Code to match the federal due date.

This emergency rule became effective on February 27, 2013. A ninety-day extension will be issued so that the rule is effective through June 15, 2013.
