Enterprise Liquids Pipeline LLC (“Enterprise”) is a Delaware limited liability company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Enterprise Products Partners LP.  Enterprise is part of a business segment of Enterprise Products Partners LP that owns and operates natural gas liquids (“NGL”) pipelines and other NGL-related business activities.  

Although IC 8-1-22.6 requires the IURC to share project information with the public, the U.S. Department of Transportation's Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) Office of Pipeline Safety has jurisdiction over the project. PHMSA’s Office of Pipeline Safety is charged with ensuring the safe, reliable, and environmentally sound operations of our nation’s pipeline transportation system and has authority over all aspects of construction for this interstate line.
