This rulemaking (RM# 12-03, LSA# 12-199) stems from IC § 4-22-2.5-2, which provides that an administrative rule expires January 1 of the seventh year in which the rule took effect (unless the rule contains an earlier expiration). When rules are readopted, no language changes are made to the rule. The subject matter of this rule is the readoption of rules regarding the practice and procedure before the Commission and rules regulating the creditworthiness, deposits, and refunds for natural gas customers.
