Location of Offense:  Rural Western Union County

Circumstances:  On 06/22/1976 at approximately 12:50 p.m., the body of Daniel Gene Lutz was discovered behind the counter of the Lutz Sporting Goods and Grocery Store located on SR#44 approximately 4.5 miles west of Liberty, Indiana. Daniel Gene Lutz died during an apparent robbery.
