Location of Offense:  Jackson County, Illinois

Circumstances:  Loretta Skinner Phillips was enroute to California to stay with relatives and was last seen on 08/03/1980. Her vehicle was found abandoned near Murphysboro, Illinois by Jackson County Sheriff’s Department on 08/27/1980. After Loretta Skinner Phillips’ family was contacted in Indianapolis, they made a missing persons report to the Indiana State Police.  At the time of this report, there are no leads to follow.
