Current Breath Test Program Fees: In accordance with Indiana Code § 10-20-2-8, which legalized and validated the current fee amounts being charged by the Indiana State Department of Toxicology (ISDT) for certification and recertification of breath test operators, maintenance and certification of breath test instruments, and training services, ISDT publishes this schedule listing the current fee amounts.
