Tobacco Free Policies

Ordinance:

The Morgan County ordinance only covers restaurants and allows for these options: 1) be 100% smoke free; 2) allow smoking in a second room that has its own air filtration system for heating and cooling and is of equal size or smaller than the non-smoking area; or 3) to not allow children into the facility. Effective on January 1, 2005.
