This section provides information on grant applications and materials that are available through the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Commission.
The Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Commission seeks to fund grantees at the local level to coordinate the local community-based and minority-based component of Indiana's tobacco prevention and cessation program.
The 2013-2015 Request for Applications (RFA) for Community-Based and Minority-Based Partnerships is currently closed.
The Tobacco Prevention and Cessation Commission (TPC) of the Indiana State Department of Health is
re-issuing the 2013-2015 Request for Application (RFA) for Community-Based Partnerships in Tobacco Prevention and Cessation specifically to Tippecanoe County (Indiana). The Request for Applications is below. Important dates include:
RFA training meeting in Tippecanoe County on Friday, November 22, 2013; Submit questions in writing by Wednesday, November 27, 2013;
The due date for the applications is Friday, December 20, 2013 by 5:00 pm
