Cardiovascular, diabetes and stroke efforts in Indiana are led by the Indiana Cardiovascular Health and Diabetes Section, along with the Cardiovascular and Diabetes Coalition of Indiana (CADI). CADI is a statewide network of public and private partnerships whose mission is to reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease, diabetes and stroke through the development, implementation and evaluation of a comprehensive plan that supports early detection, evidence based management and treatment, and prevention.
