On an annual basis, the Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) requests acute care hospitals to identify the revenue and expenses for the last fiscal year and respond to a series of specialized statements. This information is collected electronically, displayed on this site, and is updated annually.

All hospitals that reported for fiscal year 2007 have an associated PDF file listed below.  If a hospital is listed, but no link exists, the ISDH did not receive a fiscal report for the year.

The ISDH is providing the hospital fiscal report data in a Microsoft Excel (.xls) format.  Please download the Hospital Fiscal Report Field Names document for field name reference.
