Indiana Statewide HIV Prevention Community Planning Group (CPG)

Vision Statement

The Indiana HIV Prevention Community Planning Group (CPG) envisions access to a full scale of HIV-relaed services by breakin barriers in accessing HIV care, decreasing stigma anddiscrimination, as well as reducing the rates of new HIV infections and HIV related health disparities throughout the state of Indiana.

Mission Statement

The mission of the CPG is to collaboration with the Indiana State Department of Health as well as other key stakeholdes to support the development, implementation, and monitoring of engagement strategies for a Jurisdictional HIV Prevention Plan that will increase access to HIV prevention, care, and treatment sevices in the state of Indiana.

Membership

Membership in the Indiana HIV Prevention Community Planning Group is achieved via nominations received from around the state of Indiana.  During September, applications will be accepted for new and continuing members for the HIV Prevention Planning Group.  The term of membership of all members shall be two (2) years.  Members terms may not exceed two (2) consecutive terms..
