The 2015 MCH Title V Block Grant Request for Proposal (RFP) and Application template will be released in early 2015.


EPIC Breastfeeding Training: Vendor Request

ISDH is currently accepting bids for a vendor contract to provide EPIC breastfeeding training. Please refer to the document below for the required scope of work. You may submit this proposal in narrative form. You will want to explain how your organization can best meet the needs outlined in the scope of work. Please break your proposal budget into the following categories: salaries, fringe, contractual services, supplies, and other. Deadline for submission is June 30, 2015 at 4:00pm EST. Email questions regarding this process, as well as the final submission to Carolyn Runge

Preventing Unplanned Pregnancies

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Division is requesting applications from local and statewide service providers and planning organizations (nonprofit organizations, hospitals, local health departments, community care centers, rural health centers, WIC locations) to implement programs and services to prevent unplanned pregnancies in Indiana. Potential grantees must state the need for the proposed activities and how these activities are part of the Indiana Family Planning Partnership.


Abstinence Education

The Indiana State Department of Health (ISDH) Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Division is requesting applications from local and statewide service providers and planning organizations (nonprofit organizations, hospitals, local health departments, community care centers, rural health centers, WIC locations) for competitive grant funding. This funding opportunity is designed to aid organizations in their effort to implement Abstinence Education programming.
