Attention: Employers planning to submit via bulk upload in ERM

Employers planning to use the bulk upload feature for submitting wage and contribution, member enrollment, or member maintenance files in ERM should ensure files are created prior to soft open, beginning July 16.

Employers working with a payroll vendor to create files need to contact the payroll vendor to ensure vendors have the file specifications and timelines for completion. Employers creating their own files should ensure IT or other relevant parties have this information.

Bulk files can be created and submitted in ERM for wages and contributions, member enrollment, and member maintenance; click on any of the links to view file specifications. Prior to soft open, employers should test files for structural validation. To initiate this process, e-mail erm@inprs.in.gov, and include your employer name and ID number. INPRS will respond with further instructions on how to upload files for testing.
