INFORMATION FOR NEW DBE/ACDBE APPLICANTS:
Beginning July 11, 2016, new applications for DBE and ACDBE certification will only be processed electronically. Please review the instructions for accessing the ITAP and Electronic Certification Database procedures.
After this date, INDOT will no longer be able to accept new applications via mail or email.
INFORMATION FOR CURRENT DBE’s:
Beginning August 1, 2016 and continuing for the next twelve months, certification staff will contact current DBE’s and ACDBE’s to assist in processing the “No Change Affidavit” during the month of your certification anniversary.

The Federal U.S. Dept of Transportation, Office of Small Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) offers financial assistance to small disadvantaged businesses by providing guaranteed loans through our Short Term Lending Program (STLP) for transportation-related contracts only. By providing loan guarantees, small disadvantaged businesses can receive financial assistance for financing accounts receivable and other short-term costs of performing transportation-related contracts. To be eligible a business must be certified DBE or be a disadvantaged small business, or certified under one of the SBA programs.
