The Indiana Lobby Registration Commission ("ILRC") provides cumulative summaries of the lobby reports to Access Indiana on a periodic basis. This web site is designed to provide the public with general information relating to lobbying expenditures made in Indiana, and it should not be relied upon as a public record. For accurate and complete information, the information contained at this site should be verified by a review of the original public records contained in the Commission office.
File Information
Registrations must be completed by Compensated and Employer Lobbyists each year.
Registrations are due January 15
Activity Reporting deadlines for both Compensated and Employer Lobbyists are as follows:
May 1 to October 31 Due November 30 of each year
November 1 to April 30 Due May 31 of each year
- Locate forms to register as a lobbyist.
- Find a copy of the lobbyist handbook.
- Locate the IN Lobbying Law.
- Find the due dates for filing forms.
- Find out how to file online.
- Find the IN Lobby Registration Commission Advisory Opinions.
- Know who the Commisioners are for the ILRC.
- Find the mailing address and fax number for the ILRC.
- Know when the next Public Meeting date is.
- Search for a Lobbyist and view all the reports and registrations available online for them.
- View lobbying expenditures.
- File a complaint.
