Payments By Credit Card
By choosing to pay an ILEA Fee by credit card you agree to pay the credit card processing fee of $1 plus 2% - which will be added to your charge at checkout.

** Attention Tier I and Tier II payees – DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class, which for Tier I is after assessments. At this time there is no refund capability.**
ILEA Fees:
- Instructor Recertification - $50
- Pre-Basic Course Fee - $50
- STOPS Book - $30
- Duplicate ILEA Graduation Certificate - $25
- ILEA Grade Transcript - $25
- Tier I Basic Training - $500 - DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class, which for Tier I is after assessments. At this time there is no refund capability.
- Tier II Basic Training - $250 - DO NOT submit payment for these fees until your officer has been accepted into the next class. At this time there is no refund capability.
- Tier III Basic Training - $50
- Tuition Students (Tier I Basic Course) - $8,000
- Department Mailing List - $25
- Provider Application (or Expired Certification) - $50 - To apply you must fill out a Training Provider Application and submit, by mail, with all documents required. This authority, if approved, will require re-certification every three years.
- Provider Recertification - $25 - Provider Application, if approved, requires re-certification every three years.
